We dined at the restaurant for lunch, dinner and breakfast. There is plenty of places to park and having a bigger SUV I appreciate the garage clearance of 8.9'. The other two negative comments I read was concerning the parking and the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and effective at doing their job.
My family had the complete opposite experience. I read multiple reviews on how rude and unresponsive the staff was. The one inside the casino didnt allow kids which is totally understandable. They have 2 restaurants one in the casino and one outside the casino. First of all the hotel itself is non smoking in the lobby, and in your rooms. I read a few reviews on how the hotel wasnt kid friendly, they didnt allow kids at the restaurant and horrible smell of smoke. The major concern I had staying at the hotel was traveling with 6yr old and the smoke from the casino. The statements made in the negative reviews I found to be very unfounded. I was very hesitant to stay at this hotel because off the handful of negative reviews I read on this app and other websites.
